The script for THE RECKONING, a/k/a A CONVERSATION WITH MR. D II, is now complete. L.C.A. FILMS is currently in negotiations with the first film's star, SAMANTHA THOMSON to reprise her role as CHRIS RICHARDSON in the sequel. GIDGET ANTHONY, who has starred in two previous L.C.A. FILMS productions, NEMESIS and THE PHOTOGRAPH, will be coming on board to play Chris Richardson's nemesis. Shooting will commence in late September/early October.

June 10th, 2009

L.C.A. FILMS have just acquired the rights to Pia Cook's short script, POWER PLAYS. The story centers on a Congressman with some incriminating documents who is getting ready to testify at a Senate Investigative Committee hearing but is he being followed??? Filming will start this summer.

March 29th, 2009

James McDonald & Aaron Sparks have begun writing the sequel to A CONVERSATION WITH MR. D, titled THE RECKONING. Picking up where the first one left off, we find Chris Richardson out for revenge for the killing of her lover. THE RECKONING promises to be bloodier and grittier than the first.

A CONVERSATION WITH MR. D has been submitted to three different upcoming film festivals: The 2009 Malibu International Film Festival, the 2009 Austin Film Festival and the 2009 U.S.A. Film Festival. We will keep you posted on any news.
