L.C.A. FILMS wins third Aegis Award.

Caddo Mills, Texas - L.C.A. FILMS has won the 2006 Aegis Award for a 3 minute music video it recently produced. The Aegis Awards are the video industry's premier competition for peer recognition of outstanding video productions and non-network TV commercials. This year's Aegis Award is the third for L.C.A. FILMS in the last six years. 'Optimystic' was recognized for its outstanding production quality in the category of "Drama/Entertainment", by a distinguished panel of judges representing industry professionals from around the country.

"We knew that the finished video met all of our expectations, but winning an Aegis Award just confirms it", said the video's Producer and Director James McDonald. The video's title is based on the song of the same name, written and performed by singer/actress Erin McGrew, who also stars in the video. "I'm thrilled with the award. It's wonderful the production has received this recognition," said McDonald. "I think the award is reflective of our cast and crew's dedication and excellence."
